雙金屬有機合成試劑化學基于金屬有機活性中間體和機理研究的有機合成 席振峰 北京大學化學學院，北京市，100871 Email: zfxi@pku.edu.cn 金屬有機化合物作為合成試劑廣泛應用于合成化學有關的各個領域，一直受到學術界和工業(yè)界的極大關注. 常見的金屬有機合成試劑如有機鋰試劑、格氏試劑等都是單金屬試劑. 我們研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，在有機橋聯(lián)的配合下，存在于一個分子中的兩個碳-金屬鍵將產生“協(xié)同效應”，表現(xiàn)出不同于其相應單金屬試劑的反應類型，甚至表現(xiàn)出全新的反應模式. 我們將該類化合物統(tǒng)稱為“雙金屬有機合成試劑”(Organo-di-Metallic reagents)[1]. 基于金屬有機活性中間體和機理研究，通過合成、分離、表征金屬有機活性中間體，在理解相應反應機理及成鍵模式的同時，進一步地利用這些活性中間體發(fā)展有機合成新方法，得到其它方法難于合成的功能性新型金屬有機化合物以及結構多樣的有機化合物[2]. Commonly used organometallic reagents (such as RLi and RMgBr) are typically monometallic compounds. When two carbon-metal bonds are in the same molecule in close proximity, however, these two carbon-metal moieties may exhibit novel reactivity and cooperative effect. The dimetallic 1,4-dilithio-1,3-butadienes and their transmetalated derivatives provide unique synthetic organometallic reagents that are very different from monometallic reagents, both in terms of reactivity and synthetic application. These organo-di-metallic reagents provide access to interesting and useful compounds that are not available by other means. Moreover, given the possibilities afforded, the study of organo-di-metallic and organo-poly-metallic compounds should yield further synthetic applications.
	席振峰	席振峰1983年本科畢業(yè)于廈門大學化學系；1989年碩士畢業(yè)于南京大學配位所、鄭州大學和河南化學所；1996年博士畢業(yè)于日本分子科學研究所；之后分別在北海道大學催化中心和藥學院任博士后研究員和助理教授；1998年到北京大學化學學院工作至今。1998年獲國家杰出青年科學基金；2001年被聘為長江計劃特聘教授；曾獲中國化學會首屆“黃耀曾金屬有機化學獎”等。 多年來，席振峰堅持以“協(xié)同效應”和“基于金屬有機活性中間體和機理研究的合成化學”為指導思想的科學研究思路，在雙金屬有機合成試劑化學，以及基于金屬有機活性中間體和過渡金屬催化的有機合成方面創(chuàng)新性地開展了系統(tǒng)、深入的工作。 席振峰服務于多個學術機構，曾任《化學通報》副主編、《科學通報》副主編、Wiley國際學術期刊 副主編，現(xiàn)任美國化學會副主編，以及Accounts of Chemical Research 和國內外多個學術期刊的顧問編委。 課題組：http://www.chem.pku.edu.cn/xizf/revised/
